This Privacy Policy explains how Sagra, Inc. (doing business as Gold Standard Waffles, referred to here as "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit waffleprogram.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

The Site is a business resource for foodservice operators in the United States. We do not sell products or process payments on this Site. If you purchase mixes, equipment, or accessories, that happens on a separate website with its own privacy policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact or program inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to include in your message. The form may also record which page you submitted it from and the type of operation you select, so we can route and respond to your inquiry. If you call a phone number listed on the Site, standard call details may be retained by our telephone service provider.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and similar usage data. This information is collected through cookies and analytics tools described below. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse; Turnstile performs bot checks without setting advertising or tracking cookies.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors find and use the Site.
• Security and performance. Cloudflare, our content delivery and security provider, sets functional cookies that help deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
• Reviews. Where review content from Google or TrustPilot is displayed, those providers may set their own cookies.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiries and provide information about the program.
• Follow up with you by phone or email about your interest.
• Send program updates, offers, and marketing emails, including ongoing email campaigns, to contacts who have engaged with us. You can opt out at any time (see Marketing Communications).
• Measure and improve the performance and content of the Site.
• Protect the Site against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

Marketing Communications

We may send periodic emails about our program, products, and offers to people who have contacted us or done business with us, including through ongoing email campaigns. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing privacy@sagrainc.com, and we will honor your request promptly. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages you specifically request from us, such as a reply to an inquiry.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following ways:

• Service providers. Companies that host and secure the Site (such as Cloudflare), provide analytics (Google), manage our customer records, and send our email campaigns on our behalf. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to other websites, including our product store for purchasing mixes and equipment. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site before providing personal information.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our relationship with you, send communications you have not opted out of, and meet our legal and recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and the security tools provided by our hosting and delivery providers, to help protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know about and access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete your information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information.

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado and Virginia, have similar rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Your Choices and Opt-Out Signals

Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), sent by your browser. Because the technology standard for "Do Not Track" is not uniform, we do not respond to Do Not Track browser signals at this time.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@sagrainc.com and we will delete it.

Visitors Outside the United States

The Site is intended for users in the United States, and we process information in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Where appropriate, we may notify you of significant changes by other means.
