How are the mixes portioned?

Every flavor ships in pre-portioned bag. You measure water, not mix, so each batch comes out the same regardless of who is on the line - no scale, no scratch measuring, no guesswork between cooks or shifts.

How much water does each bag need?

Most flavors use 2 cups of water per 1 lb bag, but it varies by recipe. Red Velvet and Pizza Waffle use 1.5 cups. The ratio is printed on every bag so it's easy to get right, every shift.

Do all the flavors run on the same equipment?

Most of the lineup runs on the standard and Belgian commercial waffle makers provided with the program.

How long do the mixes keep?

The mixes are shelf-stable with about a 24-month shelf life, so you can hold backup cases without worrying about spoilage.

How do I get the mixes and reorder?

Mixes ship direct, nationwide - including Hawaii and Alaska - and you reorder when you need to as part of the program. There is no fixed delivery schedule to wait on; when you call to place or adjust an order, we answer.

What are the allergens?

It varies by mix. Most flavors are wheat-based. Some mixes are gluten-free (under 20 ppm). Consult your GSW rep for a full list of gluten-free options.
