(doing business as Gold Standard Waffles, referred to here as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides information about our commercial waffle program for foodservice operators. It is an informational and inquiry resource only. Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a binding agreement and does not obligate either of us to enter into a program. Any program participation is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. We do not sell products or process payments on this Site; purchases of mixes, equipment, and accessories are handled on a separate website with its own terms and policies.

The Site is intended for businesses and the individuals who represent them. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where you act on behalf of a business, that you are authorized to do so.
